Eidos Medicine is a longtime partner of Kazan University in the Regional Engineering Center of Medical Science created in 2013. KFU is the Center’s majority shareholder.
The visit took place at Idea Technopark where Eidos was established in 2009. Now, its annual turnover exceeds 250 million rubles.
Eidos Medicine specializes in medical simulation technology; it’s one of only five such enterprises in world. The produced equipment has found recognition abroad, with some simulators currently functioning at Juntendo University. Other clients are situated in the United State, South America, Europe, Asia, and the CIS. Director of Eidos Lenar Valeev asked the President to help with advancing to Middle Eastern markets.
Among the presented equipment, President Minnikhanov was especially enamored by a 6-axis industrial robot planned for production in 2019. He wished the company good fortune in their future endeavors.
